We're seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy maintenance, and in-book marketing.

· Data collection (documents, photos, etc.)
· Appointment scheduling
· In-book marketing
· Accurately handle policy changes and account updates

· Participate in training and team meetings
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· A positive, friendly phone voice
· Ability to develop relationships with customers

· Ability to process information quickly, handle several tasks at once, and remain organized
· Ability to influence others
· Ability to learn and become proficient with various computer applications
· Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license
· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
